1. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel a booking by contacting us at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
2. Refund Policy
- Full Refund: If you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
- Partial Refund: If the cancellation is made within 24 hours of the service, a processing fee may be deducted from your refund.
- No Refund: If the service has already been provided or if you fail to cancel within the specified timeframe.
3. Service Issues
- If you are dissatisfied with the service, contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and offer a replacement or partial refund if appropriate.
4. Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
